Newsroom Services

CWA’s newsroom team will be available to respond to media questions and coordinate media interviews. Daily media briefings will highlight events and important announcements and introduce special guests. The newsroom is a business centre for accredited media to use, offering WiFi and work desks. Lunch and beverages will be available daily. Contact us at media@agribition.com if you would like to be added to our news release distribution list.

Media Accreditation

Media will require accreditation for event access and will be asked to present their accreditation upon entering the gates. No other identification will be accepted. When approved, you will be issued a photo ID and a parking pass.

Accredited media will have access to the following:

• Areas allowed: General grounds, Brandt Centre concourse, International Business Centre, CWA Newsroom
• Areas prohibited: In the show rings, lower-level Brandt Centre

The last day to apply is November 13, 2026.

Passes should be picked up in the CWA Newsroom during these times: 

• Sunday, November 22: 1 to 5 p.m. or during the show. 

• Monday, November 23 to Thursday, November 28: 8 am to 5 pm
